Even a factory reset didn't work, what should I do?

I encountered some issues with my TP so I attempted a factory reset with a USB drive. Still, even with the reset, it seems like it's not loading the web interface. The solid red right is on, same with the orange and flashing green around the ethernet port. The other flashing green would be on for a few seconds after a reboot then disappeared. Can someone help me? Thanks!

The pattern of lights you've described could suggest that the TinyPilot device hasn't detected the USB drive as the boot media. Can you please confirm that you've removed the microSD card, as the TinyPilot device might still be trying to boot from it?
