Setup Assistance? Anyone?

    I am NOT an IT guy. I know just enough to be dangerous. LOL.

    1. I have set up TP to my desktop computer at home.
    2. I've installed Tailscale on my laptop and added BOTH the laptop and the TP.
    3. I've run the command on the TP to discover the IP address. Internet connection is wired, Frontier is my carrier.
    4. Set up a password and login for the IP remote connection.
    5. When laptop is on same network, of course, they connect instantly when I log in.
    6. Go down the street to another network and I get an error, "Your Internet access is blocked
      Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.

      Running Windows Network Diagnostics"
    7. Anti virus has been disabled on laptop.
      Can someone please help??????
