Request for Order Cancellation and Refund

    Dear TinyPilot Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the cancellation of my recent order, Order #8930, placed on Tuesday, October 8th. The delivery was originally promised within three business days, which meant it was expected to arrive by today, October 11th.

    However, it appears that there was an issue with the shipping address, and according to Canada Post, the package is now scheduled to arrive on October 23rd, which is much later than expected.

    Given this delay and the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a full refund for the purchase. Please let me know the next steps in processing the cancellation and refund as soon as possible.
