keyboard and mouse stopped working

Hi There,
hoping to get some help here
keyboard and mouse stopped working
I get failed key stroke Error and the key history at the bottom is red
It is a Windows 10 system and it started happening after windows update reboot
I see an unknown device now in the Device Manager console
here is the log file
