I recently(it's been only two days) purchased a Tinypilot device from your website [private information removed] and received it promptly. I have tested the device, but unfortunately, it does not meet my needs. I would like to initiate a return and request a refund as soon as possible.
Please provide me with the necessary steps to proceed with the return. I aim to return the device in its original condition and packaging as soon as possible.
