    I have Two tinypilot TP-1 & Tp2 that I bought via amazon

In order to factory reset I am not able to download the file using my 'amazon order number' it keeps giving my invalid error message

I do have the file when I reset by TP-1

Question1) do I need separate file each TP or I can re-use the old file?
Question-2) Why is my 'amazon order number' saying in valid ( Note: I am using correct number an email address associated with my amazon account).

    Please help

Hi @findmeaz, I'm sorry you're unable to download the TinyPilot Pro image to perform a factory reset.

do I need separate file each TP or I can re-use the old file?

No - if you already have a .img file that you downloaded before, you can re-use it to perform a factory reset without downloading a new one.

Why is my 'amazon order number' saying in valid

I'm not sure. If you're using your 17-digit Amazon order number and the email address associated with your Amazon account (and you have a valid TinyPilot Pro license), you shouldn't receive an error.

Could you share the full error message you're seeing so I can look into this?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

          1. This is the error message I get
          1. Every time I change the host name from "tinyPilot' it does not work.

Thanks for sharing that screenshot, @findmeaz. I've reached out to our customer support team to see if they have any idea why you might be seeing this error.

Every time I change the host name from "tinyPilot' it does not work.

Are you receiving an error message when you try to change the hostname? If so, could you share the error message with me? And is your other TinyPilot device on the network at the same time? It may help if you only have one TinyPilot on the network while changing the hostname.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
