    Hi there,
On local network with the tinypilot default URL I’m able to connect and control the server(another computer) however when I try to setup port forwarding I cannot see the server screen and can’t control anything. I am able to see the tinypilot UX and login to my account however I don’t see the screen or the controls. I installed ufw and enabled a port also did all the necessary steps but couldn’t get it working. And after some time of trying and editing etc/…/default file for the server I started getting 502 and not sure how I can resolve that. Can someone help me with that issue?

Hi @saitdinc44, I'm sorry you're running into this issue setting up port forwarding.

And after some time of trying and editing etc/…/default file for the server I started getting 502 and not sure how I can resolve that.

I'm unsure exactly which files you've changed, so it's difficult to give you a great process to restoring them. The best option here may be to perform a factory reset to get your TinyPilot back up and running in a known state before trying to make more progress.

I'd strongly recommend using a third-party cloud access tool instead of port forwarding. Tailscale works well in most TinyPilot use cases.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
