issuess access the tinypilot website

when everything is setup the next step to go tinypilot i get can not reach this page this is a new unit

Can you confirm your TinyPilot connects to the network via Ethernet and that your client machine is also on the same network?
Could you tell me which browser you're using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)? And are you using https://tinypilot, https://tinypilot.local, or https://tinypilot.localdomain?
