Hi @RemotePilot, I'm sorry you're running into this issue connecting to your TinyPilot.

Thanks for sharing all those details! You mentioned the green light (next to the red power light) is solid. Normally, when your TinyPilot is booting, we expect the green light to flicker on and off, rather than stay solid green. And when a TinyPilot has booted, the green light generally stays off with the odd flicker on when there's some activity.

If the green light is always on, that suggests your TinyPilot isn't booting properly. Could you try performing a factory reset on your TinyPilot's microSD card and try booting again?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I found the steps to factory reset. I think sd card is faulty. microSD card is not readable by ANKER usb. Tried on multiple laptops.

Apparently micro SD card was bad that came with the device. I went a got a new SD and re-imaged it now device works fine. Please send me new card as a replacement.

Thanks for the update @RemotePilot! I'm glad you're up and running with a new microSD card. I'm sorry your original microSD card wasn't working here - it's rare for this to happen. I've asked our customer support team about this, you should receive an email from them soon.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
