Device turns on, but no Ethernet

Same issue here. Linking a video in case you are interested. Everything is the same on the working tinypilot right next to it. But the one shown halfway through the video doesn't show any ethernet activity. Wish I saw the solution in these comments but none was given.
I have tried reimaging several times. Not sure how to proceed since I can't even turn on SSH.

PS. I have two of these devices giving me this same issue right now (never experienced it until now - when it rains it pours!)

I've moved your reply to its own thread so we can look into this separately. The original thread you responded to was a few years old, and I have no insight into what the solution was in that instance.
Thanks so much for sharing that video! There's clearly an issue somewhere, so we'll need to troubleshoot a little more. You noted that you've tried re-flashing your SD card a few times without luck. Have you tried switching the SD card with a known-working device (i.e., using the SD card from a device with Ethernet connectivity with a device that doesn't have Ethernet connectivity)? I'm wondering whether the microSD card just isn't working.
