Time pilot does not get address

We just purchase a new tiny pilot last week. plugged it into our network and do not see it in the arp or mac tables. tried this on a couple different switches. We get the red light that stays on and the green light flashes 3 times and then 4 times. Do we need to RMA this device?

Hardware issues are rare, so I don't think we'll need to RMA, though if we do find it's a hardware issue, we'll be happy to arrange it. Based on the light behavior you described, it sounds like your device isn't booting from the microSD card. Could you try performing a factory reset on your TinyPilot's microSD card? That should put your device in a known good state for you to boot from and get up and running.

Ok I ordered a card reader should be here tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.
