TinyPilot is not working

We recently purchased a new TinyPilot a month ago. We plugged it into our network but do not see it in the ARP or MAC tables. We tried this on a couple of different switches, but it is not getting assigned an IP address. I tried rebooting it, but it is still not connecting. Could you please help me with this?

Hi @praju, I'm sorry your TinyPilot isn't connecting to your network.

Could you try performing a factory reset to see if that helps here? It's possible your TinyPilot isn't booting correctly, so a factory reset should restore your device to a good state.

If the factory reset doesn't help, could you describe the LED behavior you can see on your device (on your Ethernet port and on the front of your device)

Please let me know if you have any questions.
