Virtual Media not working
#1 issue Size Cap?
I read there is a TinyPilot Virtual Media size cap Each .ISO (or .IMG) can be no larger than 2.1 GB.
Is there a cap? If yes, what is it?
#2 Media mounted in running OS does not work
HirenBootCD and any other disk I try simply does not open if I am running Windows on PC
#3 Mounted Media does not boot
It only reboots when I try to book to mounted media
Note: I can at least see it in One-Time Boot Menu

Is there a cap? If yes, what is it?If you mount a virtual media file in CD-ROM mode, the device will only be able to read the first 2.36 GB of the file, but I don't believe there's an upper limit on flash mode.
HirenBootCD and any other disk I try simply does not open if I am running Windows on PC
Are you mounting in flash or CD-ROM mode?
Mounted Media does not boot
It only reboots when I try to book to mounted media
Note: I can at least see it in One-Time Boot MenuIt sounds like it's failing to boot. Is this the same HirenBootCD? And is this when you mount as CD-ROM or flash?
On some systems, the boot menu will offer two TinyPilot boot options - one UEFI and one USB. Are you seeing only one option?
