crash in tinypilot

    i have a tinypilot, it used to work fine with a vga converter, now the vga doesn't work and hdmi looks bad.

        Hello Jorge! I'm sorry you are having this issue. Thank you for reporting it here.

        • Is it possible for you to test that VGA to HDMI adaptor in another computer?
        • Can you try with a different HDMI cable? I believe a defective HDMI cable would be the most likely cause for you experiencing that kind of behavior.
        • Would you be able to upload full logs?. This is how you would upload them: TinyPilot web interface > System > Logs > Get Shareable URL (copy the URL it will give you and paste it in your response).

            the image is direct the HDMI, remove the converter and send me that, I share the logs,

                @jorgehdz86 - Please try with a different HDMI cable and if that doesn't work, feel free to contact support@tinypilotkvm.com so we can work out a resolution for you (if it is more convenient for you, we can switch to Spanish language when you send a message to that e-mail address).
