Broken image no remote desktop

    Hi I just get a broken image and no remote desktop coming through, checked all the cables, updated the software, works fine out to a monitor. Any ideas?

        Hello @andrewbrilliant - Thank you for posting your question in our Forum. I'm sorry you are having this issue.

        • Is this a brand new TinyPilot Voyager 2 that your are trying to setup? Has it ever worked for you before?

        • Would you be able to upload full logs? This is how you would upload them: TinyPilot web interface > System > Logs > Get Shareable URL (copy the URL it will give you and paste it in your response).

                Hi Diego I went back to get logs and the problem had fixed itself. Very strange, it was repeatable on different computers and browsers and then just went away on its own.

                            Hello @ronyau - I'm sorry you are having this issue. I apologize for the late reply.

                            As per the logs you submitted, I can see ustreamer is unable to start:

                            I can't tell for sure how this happened, but it seems your microSD card might have gone corrupted. Please try to perform a factory reset on your unit, that will resolve the issue. If you don't have a microSD reader, we can ship you a microSD card with TinyPilot installed.
