    I recently bought the tiny pilot Voyager 2 KVM and after couple of days of use, i find that it gets disconnected and i am unable to continue my operations, i have tried restarting, shutting down but still the same . i am using an updated version of chrome
    please guide me

        Hello @mass - Thank you for posting your question in our Forum. I'm sorry you are having this issue.

        • When you say you get disconnected, do you mean you are unable to access the TinyPilot web interface at https://tinypilot?

        • Are you using an ethernet connection or a WIFI connection for the TinyPilot?

        • Can you attempt to do a powercycle of the TinyPilot? (unplug power adapter, wait for a minute, plug adapter back in).

        • Would it be possible for you to upload logs for me to review? This is how you would upload them: TinyPilot web interface > System > Logs > Get Shareable URL (copy the URL it will give you and paste it in your response).
