No Video (Multiple Computers)

    I am having an issue with no video with a brand new TinyPilot Voyager 2.

    Tried with both HDMI direct and HDMI to VGA adapter. (Tried this on 2 different laptops, same cables work fine with mutliple test monitors.

      Hi @MikeD, sorry about your video signal issues.

      Are you able to adjust the output resolution or frame rate of your target machine? If you are, could you try lowering the resolution to 720p, or the frame rate to 50hz or less?

          That worked (lower resolution). Unfortunately I do not have the ability to set 50Hz or less, just not an option in this situation. Not ideal but workable.

            Thanks for the update, @MikeD. I'm glad that dropping the resolution worked for getting a signal. Unfortunately, 1080p@60hz seems to cause issues in some cases and changing the target machine's resolution or frame rate is the next best option.
