We are having an issue with a TinyPilot we just deployed. Keyboard and mouse are working but we are not getting any video. Just get a message for No Signal. I saw the display pop up for 2 seconds and then went back to No Signal. Anything we can try?

Hi @epicit, sorry that your running into this No Signal issue.

Do you know what resolution your target machine typically outputs at? And can you tell me whether you're using a VGA adapter?

It is set to 1920x1080 using HDMI

Ubuntu doesn't give me an option to even try a different resolution, unfortunately.

                Thanks for the info!

I think your target machine might be outputting at a refresh rate that is too high for TinyPilot.

What version of Ubuntu are you using? I think by default you should be able to alter the display settings by going to Settings > Displays and then by clicking on the Resolution dropdown menu. Are you able to change the refresh rate using the Refresh Rate dropdown on the same window? If you can, 1920x1080 at 30Hz works well on TinyPilot, and should fix this No Signal issue.
