Hi Mark - thanks for reaching out to us, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with keyboard and mouse input.
The logs indicate that there is a connection problem between your TinyPilot device and the computer. There can be a number of reasons for this so we'll need to investigate further.
Would you be able to try connecting your TinyPilot device to another computer to confirm that the USB-C to USB-A cable is working correctly? Can you please also confirm that you are connecting your TinyPilot device directly to a computer using the supplied USB-C to USB-A cable?

Hi Charles, thank you for the quick reply.
We did try a different machine with the same result, however we managed to use a different USB-C to USB-A cable and both the mouse and keyboard are now working as expected.
To answer your question about using the supplied cable, I'm not 100% sure since the device is in a remote location. Given the trouble I suspect not. Thanks again for your super swift help.
