Hi Mark - thanks for reaching out to us, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with keyboard and mouse input.

The logs indicate that there is a connection problem between your TinyPilot device and the computer. There can be a number of reasons for this so we'll need to investigate further.

Would you be able to try connecting your TinyPilot device to another computer to confirm that the USB-C to USB-A cable is working correctly? Can you please also confirm that you are connecting your TinyPilot device directly to a computer using the supplied USB-C to USB-A cable?

Hi Charles, thank you for the quick reply.
We did try a different machine with the same result, however we managed to use a different USB-C to USB-A cable and both the mouse and keyboard are now working as expected.
To answer your question about using the supplied cable, I'm not 100% sure since the device is in a remote location. Given the trouble I suspect not.

Thanks again for your super swift help.

          1. Thanks for confirming Mark, I'm pleased to hear that this is now working. Please get back to us if you have any other questions.
