Order canceled

I ordered the 'TinyPilot Voyager 2a' equipment on March 8.
But it was canceled after 8 hours and I got a refund for the payment.
Not sure what the issue is.
I need help to place an order again and get the equipment asap by this week.
It's really important for me.
