502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.18.0

Hi Nini,
I encounter "502 bad gateway" when I try to access the TinyPilot "too fast" (whatever this means in measured time, I nver measured it.) after the first boot. First boot time (directly after getting TinyPilot new or a factory reset) takes longer (I always suggest to have a coffee, and than try to access only.) Being since ages in the industry, I would suggest to have a factory reset: https://tinypilotkvm.com/faq/factory-reset , but beware that all settings you did have to be done again.
