Hi @godfrey, I'm sorry you're running into this login issue.

It sounds like you're following our FAQ to remove the user credentials.

Once you have inserted your microSD card into a reader on a separate computer, you will need to navigate to the microSD card's root partition. It will present itself as a drive with the name rootfs. Open that drive, and then navigate to the home folder, then the tinypilot folder. You should see the tinypilot.db file there. To delete tinypilot.db you may need administrator privileges.

If you still can't find the tinypilot.db file, it may be easier to re-flash your microSD back to its factory settings.
