I need to order the 15.0 cord

    I I'm not having a problem I just ordered the tiny pilot and I love it but I do need the $15 cord that is advertised I'm trying to order it by itself but it won't allow me to it's adding the another tiny pilot to it I just need to $15 cord how do I go about that thank you so much

      It sounds like you're referring to the VGA to HDMI adapter listed as an add-on, is that correct?

      If so, I'll reach out to our customer support team and ask them to help out with this.

              Hi @Gen1964, a member of our customer support team let me know that they emailed you about ordering the VGA adapter a few days ago, but they haven't heard back from you.

              Could you check your email inbox for an email from orders@tinypilotkvm.com and confirm your order for the VGA adapter? If you can't see it in your inbox, could you check your spam / junk folders for it?
