Error on Balena Etcher

    Hello,

    I am not able to factory reset my tinypilot device. when i upload the image i get the message.

    Error

    something went wrong. if it is a compressed image, please check that the archive is not corrupted. User did not grant permission while transfering tinypilot image on sd card.

      Hi @rdsaifi21, I'm sorry you're running into this image flashing error.

      I think it might be best to focus on resolving this issue before we continue to look into the connection issue you mentioned in another thread. There's a good chance that re-flashing your SD will help fix the connection issue.

      Can you confirm the name of the file you're trying to flash with Balena Etcher? Did you download this file from our download page?
