Mouse latency is more than 5 sec when accessing over the internet

Hi,
I just recently bought tinypilot voyager2a. It was fine when i connect within local network. However, when I try to access it over the network (using remote.it), the mouse latency was extremely long (~4-5 seconds at least), rendering it unsuable.
Is there any solutions for this?

Could you share a TinyPilot log with me to review? On your TinyPilot web interface, go to System > Logs and click Get Shareable URL. Then paste the link in your reply.
In the meantime, could you try tuning your TinyPilot's performance by following the section in our remote.it guide and let me know if that helps?
