Adding this because I didnt see this error and troubleshooting tips anywhere yet.

If you get this error after you

    1. Take out all the connections from Tinypilot 2a
    2. Connect the Ethernet and then the Power
    3. Let it power up, 5 minutes later you see it connected to Tailscale
    4. and you are STILL seeing this...

    THEN

you need to just reimage it (saving you the time) I think it only happened once where this issue seemed to fix itself all other times I wasted more time doing the above process in all possible configurations. I say this because I have three of them all connected directly from the same router to different devices. One of them handles internet and power discos like a champ. One responds to the above protocol/needs a restart. The last, this time, needed a reimage.

    Reimage (factory reset):

    Reactivate
    https://tinypilotkvm.com/instructions/voyager2a/v2
    Retailscale

When you put the sd card into your computer you'll see that it will say, theres a problem with the drive and you can 'click here to fix it'

I had switched that on and so far (3 days) its a complete 180. Havent had to worry about not being able to connect. Im optimistic it will last, but I guess we will see!

Hi @NanNinja, thanks for your message! I just wanted to thank you for sharing your troubleshooting tip with us! A factory reset can be an excellent way to return to a clean, fresh installation, but it can be a hassle. I'd recommend other users having the same issue contact us for support first, as we may be able to solve the problem in another way. I can see that Dave has contacted you on your other thread, so I'll mark this one as solved for now.
