Network not working

    My tinypiot network started not working. It worked before but now I cannot connect to tinypilot. I checked the IP address with IP scanner tool but I don't see tinypilot IP.
    I restarted several times but It didn't work.

      Hi @stevendinhdev, I'm sorry you're running into this networking issue on your TinyPilot.

      Typically, when TinyPilot completely drops from the network like this, it can point towards filesystem corruption on your TinyPilot's microSD card.

      My recommendation here would be to perform a factory reset.

      Before performing a factory reset, could you confirm that when you power your TinyPilot you see a solid red LED and a flashing green LED on the front of the device? Could you also confirm that the green and yellow LEDs on the back of the device (on the Ethernet port) light up?
