Unable to control mouse and keyboard

    Hi, I just installed my TinyPilot to connect with my laptop remotely.
    Despite I am able to see my screen, I am not able to control the laptop using my mouse and keyboard.

        Hi @tmmoon, thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re running into this issue.

        TinyPilot appears to be detecting the video signal from your laptop correctly, but the keyboard and mouse input aren’t being recognized. That usually points to a problem with the USB data connection.

        Here are a few things to try:

        • Make sure the USB-C to USB-A cable from TinyPilot’s Data port is firmly connected to a USB port on your laptop.

        • Try a different USB port on your laptop, as some ports may behave differently.

        • Restart both the TinyPilot and your laptop after confirming the connections.
