TinyPilot works too noisy

I purchased TinyPilot Voyager-2a (Power Plug: EU standard Power Plug) about 6 months ago. Recently, its fan is working too loudly.

And I checked some simillar forums that mentioned this issue. But they were out-dated posts. So I'd like to get most recent update in this thread.

One post mentioned that removing fan solved this issue. but I still can't understand it.

If it's not needed, why it was been there?

Anyhow, I'd like to get useful technical support for this issue.

    All the best...

Hi, @tinyuser1528, thanks for your message. I'm sorry you're having problems with the fan making too much noise.

The electronics inside your TinyPilot device generate heat, but parts like the processor work best when kept cool. If your TinyPilot device gets too warm, it may reduce performance or shut down entirely. The fan is therefore needed to keep the TinyPilot device cool when it is under heavy load or operating in a warm environment.

One common reason the fan may become noisy is obstruction or debris. Can you check if anything is visible on the fan through the vents on your TinyPilot device? If the fan looks clear, please contact us to discuss repair options, as the fan may be faulty.
