I am about to purchase the voyager 2, would I need to pay some import/customs fee in Canada since the device is coming from the US?

Hi @edax, thanks for your question!

would I need to pay some import/customs fee in Canada since the device is coming from the US?

We don't include any tariffs or duty fees when you purchase a TinyPilot, so customers outside the USA are responsible for paying any tariffs or duties, if applicable.

Unfortunately, we don't have any way of predicting these costs because the amount varies by country.

If you're concerned about import duties/tariffs, I'd recommend researching the potential costs with the Canadian customs office. Other Canadian customers may have experience here, so they may be able to provide a rough idea of the costs.

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
